Multiple monitors/displays are not supported. If you have more than one monitor, you will need to disconnect all but one.

How To Disconnect Additional Monitors in Windows

• On your keyboard, press the Windows Key and the P Key at the same time then select PC Screen Only
• Or unplug the additional display(s).

How To Disconnect Additional Monitors on a Mac

• Unplug the additional display(s).
