ProctorU Which Browsers Are Supported?

Chrome and Firefox are the only supported browsers. 

Ensure that your browser is up to date and you have the ProctorU extension installed. Follow the steps below to download your preferred browser and extension, and how to make sure you're running the latest version. 

Chrome

How to Update Chrome

  1. In the the top right, click More More
  2. Click Help
  3. Click About Google Chrome
  4. If out of date, Chrome will automatically begin updating and will require that the browser is restarted to take effect.

Firefox

 How to Update Firefox

  1. At the top right, click Open Menu mceclip1.png
  2. Click Help
  3. Open About Firefox
  4. If out of date, Firefox will automatically begin updating and will require that the browser is restarted to take effect.
