How to recover a deleted Zoom recording

Due to limitations of space on the Zoom Cloud Server,  the recordings of the Live Sessions are deleted from Zoom Cloud once they have been transferred over to the corresponding course.

Please note that there is a limited time frame, that you could potentially recover your Zoom recordings, the sooner you go to access this after the recording has been completed, the better.

Log into your Zoom Account (via a web browser)

Go to tulane.zoom.us

Select Tulane Account Login

Enter your Tulane credentials and Log in

Once logged into Zoom...

Click on the Recording tab

Then look for the Trash Link on the right side of the screen

If you see it with a number next to it, please click on "Trash"

Then locate the Live session and select "Recover"  (you will get a warning box asking if you're sure you want to recover, select Recover)

* If you need assistance with getting your recording uploaded to your course, please do the following:

Click on Recordings from the Left side navigation menu or you can click on My Recordings at the top of the page.

Click the Share button to the right of the recording name

Click the Copy to Clipboard

And paste the share link in an email ticket.

Please make sure to include, the Course, Section, and which page within the course that the recording needs to be added to in the Description box.
